Can I schedule my card to be delivered at a future date?

Absolutely! When placing your order, simply choose your preferred delivery date—whether it’s a month away or even a year down the line. We'll handle the rest and ensure your card gets put in the mail exactly when you want it to. So go ahead, order your cards today, and rest easy knowing you won’t miss another birthday or holiday.

How do I know my card has been sent?

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as our handwriting artist completes your card and uploads the final images. Simply open the email to preview your beautifully crafted snail mail—it's on its way!

How do I add addresses?

When placing an order for a card, you’ll be prompted to enter the recipient's details. This is where you'll type in their name, address, city, state, country, and ZIP code.

Help! I already ordered a card but need to make a change. Can I do that?

No worries, you’re in the right place! If you need to choose a different card, update your message, or adjust any details, just email us at help@sendsnailmail.co. We’ll do our best to make those changes before your order is sent out.

My card hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Since we use regular United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery, your card doesn’t come with a tracking number, so we can't trace it directly. Before worrying, here are a few things to consider:

• Check the address: Ensure the card was sent to the correct address.
• Allow time: Wait at least 7 standard business days for domestic delivery or 2-3 weeks for international mail.
• Consider delays: Local holidays, weather conditions, or peak seasons (like the holidays) can cause USPS delays.

If your card still hasn’t arrived after these time frames, please reach out to us within three weeks for domestic mail. You can contact us via email at hello@sendsnailmail.co, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Are Snail Mail cards written by hand?

Yes, every Snail Mail card is handwritten by a real, living, breathing human being. Currently, the handwriting artist behind all our cards is Mia, a web developer and artist based in Boston, MA. Can I get a referral code?
